At Jungle Bravo, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind our soap, deodorant, cologne, bundles, and personal care products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at help@junglebravo.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted by law.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, email us at help@junglebravo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • Your reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item caused by Jungle Bravo.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jungle Bravo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not received.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@junglebravo.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@junglebravo.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the order qualifies under this policy.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be cancelled before the next billing date through your account, subscription portal, or by contacting us at help@junglebravo.com.

Cancellations, skips, pauses, or changes may not apply to orders that have already been processed, billed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Subscription orders may be returned only if the products are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Jungle Bravo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Jungle Bravo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, except where required by law.
