Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition

  • The product must be free from any signs of use, tampering, or contamination

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and personal care safety standards, used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Bundle & Multi-Item Orders

  • Bundle items must be returned in full

  • Partial returns from bundles are not accepted

  • If any item within a bundle is opened, used, or missing, the entire bundle becomes ineligible for a refund

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and sanitation procedures.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@junglebravo.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours

  • U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days
